World’s Largest Automakers 2023:  It will be a tight race – for the 2nd spot

Two months into the new year, the race for World’s Largest Automaker 2023 is pretty much decided – at least as far as the first spot goes. Unless the sky will fall, Toyota Group should end the year as world’s largest automaker – again.

Volkswagen on the other hand will need to get its act together not to land in #3. Raising its global deliveries by 10.2% in the first two months, the Koreans are within shouting distance (100,827 units) of Volkswagen.

Dailykanban is taking a break

After two full years of being cooped-up at home, the Dailykanban management is hitting the tropical beaches. (If Elon Musk finds out where, he’ll call us “pedo guys.”) This means that for the next two weeks, the Morning Auto News will appear sporadically, and possibly at strange times, if at all.
